Select System->Administration->Users and Groups

If the system asks for the root password, provide that .
The GUI for Adding Users is quite simple. Adding, Deleting and Modifying users can be done there quite easily.
For newbies,

The account name with which he can login in. |
| Home Directory |
The directory to which the user gets logged in. This is where a user stores all his files . |
